Looks like that. Pretty annoying.
Seems they tested nearly nothing with K+M. The lightning fast mouse speed alone is weired as hell.
The problem is quite often the game (when playing with a controller in my case) switch alone to K+M even if I didn't touch my keyboard or mouse.
For example it happens when I'm in a fight and when I need to parry, dodge etc., as the game "switched alone" to K+M, it doesn't take the input I used with my controller (as pressing R1 when the "switch" happened just "give back" the control of the game to my controller so I lost the parry/dodge input and take the damage).
You can check that just by staying in the menu where there are the characters, if you see your "shorcut" going from "A, B, X, Y" to "F, E, etc." without touching your mouse or keyboard, you have the same problem
