i lost my save file due to pc crash

after my pc crashed i decided to do a bit of a clean up so i win+r and cleaned up the temp files using %temp% and temp after that i opened the game and it told me to start a new game i tried to restore what i deleted from the resycle bin but also that didint work is there anyway i can retrieve my save file please cloud saving is on but i couldent figure out how to lanch the save from there
