Entering the Gestral Village kicks me to the main menu

Hello there!

Anyone experiencing anything similar? When I try to enter the Gestral Village, I get kicked to the main menu

Today I got to this place and I have the same problem! after defeating the guardian boss when trying to enter village portal, after the loading screen the game throws you to the main menu...how to fix this?

I had the same problem yesterday. It was resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the game. After that, I was able to enter the Gestral Village and continue.
