Fastest way to get strong in Act 3?

I have the 9999 damage break ability on everybody and also roulette. My verso can hit 30-40k sometimes but Luna and Maella can't really put out those numbers. Where is a good place I can go to level up and also what are some good picto abilities that I really want on my characters? Now that the world opened up it's kind of overwhelming on what to do first but a lot of places totally crush me since I can't put out the damage numbers.

I just focused pumping up my counter attack damage, solo fighting stuff, and damage while burning, crit while burning, AP on inflicting a status effect, AP on inflicting burn and then pumped a lot into the free aim triggering rush, marked, burn, having a chance at giving ap back. I can shoot with all my people like 20 times a turn doing 500k-1mil dmg and if I use their skills, everyone can do around 2.5 mil. Now when Maelle counters, she hits for anywhere from 1mil, to 15 mil depending on how many hits were in the parry, if she crits, if she is the only one alive, virtuous stance, etc. It isn't crazy numbers like some people have said that they are doing billions. Nothing even has that much hp lol

Endless Tower with 33 levels of enemies (getting increasingly stronger) is the best way to gain lots of XP and levels. The tower is the really tall towerlike structure on the map you can only enter in Act 3 when Esquie can fly.

Go kill the boss roaming in the water to get the "cheater" picto. It allows you to play twice.
Also equip "at death's door" if you have it.
Unlock Maelle's "Stendahl" and "Last chance" skills.
Play Last chance, then Stendahl. Enjoy the damage!

Kill the big guy standing in the water to get cheater pictos is a massive boost. Lune and Maelle are the 2 strongest when you get them set up. You could go beat golgra to get Medalum for Maelle and go get kralim for lune from yellow harvest. That would be a good start.

just bumble around places in act 3, if you dont go immediately to the boss you'll overlevel accidentally XP

I had a great time with building a burn build on Maelle that can hit into the 400k dmg with roulette. If you can learn how to dodge/[parry the attacks of Noir (cloaked hand creatures ) in Dark Shores (southwest of the southern island) They are tough at first but have an easy enough dodgable attack pattern and they give 500k - 1.2mil exp a figth (1.2m no dmg taken bonus).

TL:DR Dark Shores best exp to level for stats. Maelle Burn pictos build hits in the hundreds of thousands.

Try Stendahl in virtuose stance then... Maelle can do millions of damage, she's the closest this game has to being one punch girl :-D And even more is possible if you use other characters to give her powerful / rush or maybe even let her fight alone and use some of the solo fighter luminas / pictos that all increase damage and give some other buffs.

My totally non optimised Maelle can reach 14 million damage in round 1, attack 1, with Stendahl (using the weapon that lets her start in virtuose stance). I have seen people who can do hundreds of millions of damage. But even 14 million will one shot almost everything. With cheater pictos that lets Maelle attack twice even no one stands a chance really against her.
