Is there a mod to make people not in the party level at the same speed?

I hate when non-active members level slower, I wind up never switching cause they are under leveled

Unsure, but unless you never ever play certain characters, you pretty much never have to worry about them falling behind. I did my best to play everyone equally. And you will want to since one group goes down, the rest come in.

Character level is the least important thing when it comes to how strong characters are.

I wouldn't worry about it. They probably won't fall below 5 levels due to how exp scaling works.

in no way does it matter. lumina points is it...invest lumina points equally and you shouldnt have to worry about overleveling. Very few points require use off all/alternate members.
