Depends. Do you like the game for its story or for its gameplay?
Would look into the persona series.

play old Final Fantasy games, or any other JRPG basically.

Persona 5 and FF7 remake's combat systems are somewhat close in their own ways.

I recommend the Yakuza: Like A Dragon games. They're a lot wackier than Clair Obscure, but they also feature JRPG-style combat with timed button presses.

You could also look into Baldur's Gate 3, which is a good entry into Dungeons and Dragons turn-based RPGs. Extremely high production values and quite accessible for newcomers to the genre, IMO.

Then, when you actually become a connoisseur, you play the Holy Trinity of RPGs: Arcanum, Fallout and Planescape: Torment.

I'm in love with the story, but i also love the mix of action and turn based. I need more games that follow this recipe.

If you don't mind playing older games that don't look so modern, the 3 games E33 was most inspired by (imo) in the JRPG aspect are Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII and Final Fantasy X. FF8 has the most realtime mechanics of the three of them, but none of them are really as realtime as E33, not even close. But they do have similar mechanics, similar world building, and while not quite as dark as E33, they do have some truly dark and introspective moments. I'd recommend FFX the most.

the legend of heroes series is probably the best turn based series but there isn't a parry or dodge theres a lot of them its a little more anime tho

Metaphor: ReFantazio came out about 6 months ago and is what got me into the turned based rpg's
Yakuza 7 (Yakuza: Like a Dragon) had fun turn-based combat as well as an awesome story. Also Yakuza Infinite Wealth (though I only played the demo of that one)
