Issues Shooting in free roam

I'm not sure why I am having this issue but I haven't been able to shoot at all outside of battle. I hold left trigger, and when I hit right trigger nothing happens. Am I dumb or is this a glitch I am experiencing? I am in act 2.

I've heard various bugs like this for existing on controllers. I don't think this is your issue but I'll remind that you can't shoot at all on the world map.

I've heard people using xbone controllers instead of dualsense have had this issue.

The sensitivity to shoot outside of combat is far different than during combat for some reason, it requires a much harder press than just lightly tapping it.

No clue why the sensitivity difference is so massive, but it's a thing (playing with Dualsense).
