There are multiple endings but the story is linear.
On the liner side. But, lot's of open world aspects. Miss-able achievements. Hidden areas, items, ect. Battle systems are made in a way where you can come up with untold numbers of different builds. Has a NG+ mode. So I'd say it's re-playable depending on what you are going for.

Just instabuy this, man. Don't read up on anything else, just buy and experience this banger of a game. This will surely blow you away :)

You seem to be one of the old guys as well - then let me asure you that I haven't had this much fun playing a game in a long time (haven't played Baldurs Gate 3 yet).

Depends on how much you are willing to replay it. Many people are doing NG+, and it sounds like the game is similar to Souls games in that every NG makes everything stronger and stronger. If you want to design insane builds for your characters, you can get a lot of mileage out of things. But if you only want story, you can easily see all the endings without much additional gameplay.

It certainly is for NG+ Just from narrative perspective. Everything starts to make much more sense and the game gets even better by having the knowledge about the world.

What are miss-able achievements, as in exactly? Once you finish with the story, you can go on and simply clear up everything that is left, including achievements you are missing.

There's, I believe only one painful missable achievement, and that's if you didn't buy the old key in the prologue. But I'm gonna assume everyone did that

There are technically two, but the other one is so early in the game that it doesn't matter.

Yeah, I see. This one for the expedition journal, gotchu now. It's just that I've done all of the achievements, but I still wanted to know what I did do without knowing that it was essential.

So the key for journal, and I'm assuming the mime in Lumiere ? I'm just making things clear for myself, so I can explain it later on if I have to to somebody else.

Yes, the mime.
My honest opinion is I like the game quite a lot I just finished the story yesterday. Even though I like the game a lot I've had my fix and have no desire to keep playing to kill the extra side bosses or anything. So my opinion is the replayability is kinda low.

I'm never doing NG or NG+, only one time in Demon Souls. I don't like to reexperience the same thing over and over again.

More into sandbox worlds like kenshi, but also there, if you've cleaned an area there is not that much to do.
thank you all, sounds like it will be worth a one time play, but not alot of replayability for myself.
