Can I run this game?
I got a rtx 4060, an I7 17200F, and 32gb ddr4 ram. can i run this game, and if yes, at how much fps at max graphics?

You'll be fine. This is one of those games where it's perfectly fine to stay on 60.

The game have very good optimisation.

I5 13400, RTX 4060 here few middle graphic with 90 fps... And it's very beautiful...

With your processor you can play max graphics I think. And it's a game you don't need 140 fps...
