Verso health bug?

Not sure if anyone is having the same issue or just me. at the start of every fight verso starts with 50% hp. he can heal normaly to max but the next fight again he goes back down to 50%.

There is a picto card that grants 50% more damage at a cost of 50% less health. Perhaps you have it equipped. Check your build.

Guarantee it's a picto or weapon :)
