RED screen, but only a few seconds ? fixed ???

Like a lot of people I have a RED screen during the cinematics (and no audio). But only for a few seconds. The video and audio finally start when Gustav is throwing a rock in the sea.
I checked on youtube, and I confirm there is a good 10 secondes of the cinematic before that moment that I am missing ...
It all happens again in the next cinematic.
I also have the missing textures issue regarding the roof and flowers on the tree etc

I """FIXED""" it by upgrading my windows from version 1809 to 22H2.

Now I don't have the texture issue anymore :)

The RED screen is gone BUT now it's a BLACK screen.... ^^' and it's still preventing me to watch the first seconds of any cinematic...
But hey, we making some progress ^^'

GPU is a RTX 2070

Can someone help ? :(
