DO NOT try to crossplay between Steam Deck and PC!!!!

I found out this is now listed as playable on Deck and installed it tonight. Adjusted settings and check cloud status, everything looking ready to go. Load it up on deck and no "Continue" option. Immediately close, rush over to PC, see it finish Cloud Updating as I get there and with trepidation I load up on PC. No "Continue" option either. Trying to play on both platforms erased my 29 hour savefile and Im back at square 1. Maybe steam shouldnt list things as Playable on Deck if doing so is going to erase all your progress!

It seems to be the same thing if you do it between pc and xbox, luckily I already completed the game so i'm not mad about losing data.

Honestly I probably wouldnt be so absolutely furious if it werent for the fact that I barely have a few minutes to play regularly anyways. I work two jobs minimum 60 hours a week, all seven days of every week. Losing 30 hours of progress is absolutely devastating and I cannot figure out how testing the CLOUD transfer of saves isnt something that is tested before deciding if a game is playable. They know their are people that are going to want to do that and yet they let some crap like this go without saying anything?!
