Bug or Feature ? Bois perdus et Cimetierre tranchant no camera movement.

There are 2 maps in this game where when I enter the camera is stuck on a 3/4 view and is not moving. All characters are moving, but not the camera. Very unsettling, not sure what to do, can't find what to do, I only wtep away from these locations.
It looks like it s done on purpose, but I can't find where to go from there, due to the camera not moving...

It's on purpose, those are 1 screen location where there is 1 or 2 collectibles.
