With everything set to LOW - 60 to 70 fps. Just unplayable mate
The thing is, even with everything on and maxed out, its still not really you know "ooohh wooow". It looks alright but should that be sacrificed with decreasing FPS????
The creme della creme when it comes to BALANCE, fine gameplay and exceptional graphics:
THE LAST OF US
HORIZON (my fave)
GOD OF WAR RAGNAROK
ASSASSINS CREED series
Took me two friggin days after trying all sorts of engine.ini tweaks and mods for Wukong to get native 2k with 80fps. That's the minimum for me! If you want to crawl around below and about 60fps with fake resolution, get a PS5!
Wukong looks 10x better thatn COE33, even on low settings, less jaggy. Hell, even at this point I prefer Ghost of Tsushima and its simple art design. Sure no RT, advanced shadows etc. I don't need all that but it looks good and I play that game with over 150fps everything maxed out.
If this trend continues, like the new benchmark is 40-50fps with top notch gear... then I don't know. I wont support these games, sorry. My opinion.
I also just read that on AMD disable "Anti Lag" to get rid of stutters. This is probably the issue with the 9070xt as it should perform the same or better than my 7900xt if the vram is not an issue.
