killed just the first axion

so far I got a strong energy tint, which can't be upgraded anymore

but still running around with healing and revive tint with a shape of health 0/1 and shape of life 0/1 notification

did I miss them somewhere?

Shape of Health/Healing Upgrade is bugged for a lot of people. I am late in Act 2 and still have a Small Healing Tinc.

Are there only two stages? Because then I've all but still got the 0/1
Because health and revive tint give me 65%hp

The lampmaster story boss drop was bugged for me, I have every item etc unlocked but I'm missing one shape of life, apparently there's only 2 in the game.

One from the story boss and one from an area (which I got yesterday) so the Boss drop was the one that was bugged for me.
