Wheel Control Achievement Bugged?

I just did 7 upgraded skills in a row with Monoco and didn't get the achievement, anyone else have issues with it not triggering?

Надо каждый ход скилл прожимать усиленный, не пропуская ни одного хода на пополнение очков на скиллы.

All achievements worked fine.

Yes. I had 7 turns and used a skill based on the wheel every time.

I have the same issue. Tried different weapons, different skills, disabling pictos on everyone etc. Won't unlock

Same issue here. Tried all of the above and also removed characters. Still no good.
