Constant Crashes? Possible fixes here

This game is great but has awful stutters and crashes all the time.

Main thing for stutters is an optimization mod from Mod Nexus, you’ll have to play with it till you find one that really plays nice with your system.

But the biggest issue is the constant crashes. Here’s a few things you can do. 1. Turn off Steam Overlay.
2. Add a command in the steam Properties. “-dx11” for older systems this is huge.
3. Disable Fullscreen Optimizations on the properties of the exe file.
Lastly the one that is helping my intel arc system I think. Is forcing the game to run using Vulkan. To do this just go to the Steam properties and in the command line.

So far the game runs dramatically better than DX12 or DX11(which can break foliage). So maybe that can help you too!

Gonna try this out, the crashing is getting a bit too much... every 40 min or so, completly random. Thanks!

Did any of this help? I found that deleting the D3D12 folder can also fix issues.

Everything works perfectly! I never had a crash sinds, I hope your fix gets pinned on top list! Thanks so a lot for your help!

-force-vulkan- didn't fix the crashes for me :(
