(Spoilers ahead) Which character did you find best and worst?
I personally think that Verso is actually one of the weakest ones during endgame especially because he basically has zero one shot skills,, he has the light one that deals crazy amount of damage, but it's not that strong because it's all enemies and not just one so the damage is basically spread throughout all the enemies and 1v1 it's not really that good... other than that he doesn't have anything that great. I have been using him though since I unlocked him because his attacks look great and he is great at damaging multiple enemies.

I also think that Lune is very mediocre as well, she does good damage, but it's not that crazy.

With Sciel, you pretty much have to just build your foretell for multiple turns and after like 3 or 4 turns you can do big damage, but it takes too long, in that time you can one shot everything with Maelle or Monoco lol.

I have been using Verso, Monoco and Maelle the most... Monoco and Maelle are super goated compared to the other characters, Monoco has crazy AoE spells, as well as crazy single target spells that can deal A LOT of damage, with the right weapon he is unstoppable.

My goto team was Maelle, Lune, and Monoco. Lune is essentially full support with all healing spells, sets up Typhoon and Storm Caller in the first turns, then refreshes them and uses Mayhem during downtime to do something with the stains. It's probably not optimal, but that worked well for every fight except Simon, that I eventually decided just to oneshot after hours of trying.

Maelle and Monoco are there to do damage and could easily be replaced with the other 2. Monoco was just there because I needed him to collect the feet, and he grew on me. And also he oneshots a lot of encounters with Sakapatate Fire.

Verso for marking and doing millions of damage on counters, Monoco for breaking and millions of aoe damage, Maelle for millions of single target damage and overall deleting things. Haven't used others after unlocking cap at all

Monoco is super strong with all those spells he has, he has been in my party since I met him pretty much.

I am not usually really into these passive characters who are there just to heal and take care of buffs and debuffs and that is probably why I didn't like Lune that much, in these games I usually just focus on as much damage as possible, if I kill them first, I can't get killed type of mindset lol.

Same lol.

Sciel is very good for one shotting as well, but it takes a lot of time to build up all the foretell and then the 3 cost gradient attack. Lune is just lacking in terms of DPS compared to the others so these 3 were obvious choice for me.

I think that Lune is amazing until late game, after you collect enough feet for Monoco, level up Verso and unlock the extreme skills for Maelle, the other 2 characters will just get pushed away.
