Solution for controller not working in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
Some gaming keyboards (like Razer, Corsair, etc.) are mistakenly recognized as game controllers by Windows, causing issues like camera drift, no input, input conflicts, or phantom inputs in games. Here's how to fix it:

1. Unplug your actual game controller (Xbox, DualShock, etc.) to avoid confusion.

2. Open Device Manager
Press Win + X, then click on Device Manager.

3. Find the Emulated Controller Entry
Expand "Human Interface Devices" or "Xbox Peripherals" (if available).
Look for:

"Xbox 360 Controller for Windows"

"HID-compliant game controller"

Your keyboard's brand/model listed in a controller-like entry (e.g., Razer, Corsair, etc.)

4. Double-check if it's your keyboard (optional but recommended)
Right-click the entry, go to Properties
Under the Details tab, select Hardware IDs
If it mentions your keyboard brand or model, it’s likely the emulated controller from the keyboard.

5. Disable the Emulated Controller
Right-click the device, choose Disable device
Click Yes to confirm and reboot.

Do NOT disable your actual gamepad, joystick, or other needed peripherals. Which is why we disconnected it in the earlier steps so that it doesn't show there. This issue is caused by keyboard being mistaken as a controller, which as a result renders actual controller without input.

This solves weird in-game behavior caused by your keyboard pretending to be a controller. Hope this helps! Also applies for all different games like Sekiro, Dragonball Kakarot, Elden Ring, etc
