Can't Launch Game
I'm having issues with launching the game and haven't been able to find any solutions. Basically, I hit play, the game starts, a black window goes full screen, then with nothing ever showing up, the window closes and the application ends. I've tried this on 3 computers, all having the same issue. I've tried the following troubleshooting:

-Toggling the steam overlay

-Verifying files

-Launching as admin

-Launching windowed

-Launching in compatibility mode-Adding "-dx11" and "-dx12" to the launch options

-Launching disconnected from the internet-Reinstalling the game

-Reinstalling graphics drivers

-Turning off all firewalls and antivirus programs

A few others as well that I can't remember.

My system specs are Ryzen 9 5900X, GTX 1080FE, 32GB DDR4 RAM.

Having the exact same issue. The game launched once, I adjusted some graphics settings, then the game crashed and it hasn't launched once since. I've tried all the same remedies listed here as well, nothing has worked.

I am having the exact same issue, the game crashes almost immediately after launch. I played the game for 7 hours before that without issue, but now it won't launch at all anymore. Tried many of the same things you did (and more) but to no avail. Other games work fine, even UE5 games.

Did you trying deleting the configuration file then running a verify files to make a fresh one?
SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/1903340/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/Sandfall/Saved/Config/Windows/

GameUserSettings.ini

You can also look are your graphics settings in that file and edit it from there to try to see which setting may have messed it up.

exactly same issue, already update bios and nothing happened. rtx 3090 user.

I fixed the issue, for me there was a corrupted file inside the appdata folder: AppData\Local\Sandfall\Saved\SaveGames\<id>\SharedGameUserSettings.sav. I already tried to remove this folder more than once but I didn't realize the corrupted file was always being restored because of Steam Cloud Synchronization. I had to go to the game properties in Steam and disable: "Keep game's saves in the Steam Cloud for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33". After that I removed the entire Sandfall folder from my appdata (make sure to back it up) and then the game launched. To get your savegames back put the files from the backup in the folder one by one and check if the game still launches.
