How do you know when a new campfire cutscene is ready?
Hey there,

Does anybody know if there is like a hud icon/tip/symbol that shows you that you should camp because there is a cutscene or something waiting?

I'm asking because I just had a pretty important and cool campfire cutscene, but I forgot to upgrade my weapon.. So I went back to camp and BOOM, another 10/10 campfire cutscene scene.. I'm pretty sure I would've missed this if I had not gone back to the camp.. So, is there any way to know when to go back to camp? Or do you just have to spam camp until no cutscenes remain?

I haven't noticed any indicators, but I can tell you that I've also been able to see 2 bonding scenes with a party member in one camp visit. So it is a good idea to make sure everybody is done talking.

Ayy, seems to be the only way. And I had done talkting to everybody (are you kidding me? I want all their stories and juicy bits haha!) and there were no options left at the campire.
The scene happened when I entered camp, and there was 1 new dialogue. It was also a pretty f*cking big reveal and it showed a lot. That is why I was so surprised, because I think it might be pretty hidden and not many people might've seen it :-P
might have been playing catch up for you, i just visit after any story mission and make my rounds.
Though I wonder if I've missed any....

Every time you do something that involves a cutscene, I would rest then.

Also you can have multiple “spend time” sessions with the same character during the same rest.

had two cutscene rounds with every character in one campfire session after a story segment. wouldn't have noticed that there is more but I just clicked on one of the expedition members again and got another cutscene along with more from the other folk in the camp.

no indicators.

I'm pretty sure you can't miss a cutscene. If you progress the story without going to camp you will still be able to trigger two or three of them in a row later on. I may be wrong but I had I think 3 in a row. That includes 3 boosting relationship with Esqie.

This is what I already do.. After an event I check up with everybody in the camp. After reaching a new area where you can camp I also do the same.

This scene happened atfer I did the rounds with everybody, and it was a pretty revealing scene.. It expanded on the previous cutscene that I had just seen, but only after going out and in of the camp..

Two? I always talk to them multiple times until they start repeating their dialogue.. Never had two in one go though.

Seems you just gotta be thorough.. Guess I'm double checking camp after events then :-D
i usually speak with everyone and most times get asked if i want to spend time with them.
also i then use the do you want to check on the others? and that line will continue to be at the fire as long as there are new scenes with companions. so just check everything until all thats left is review your goal and go to sleep. that way you know you got everything. i have also had special scenes play when you got to sleep to at times. So there are many scenes to watch. I was surprised by how many.

After every story "dungeon" and major plot point (for example, finding expedition members, unlocking Esquie and the end of Act I) there will be camp scenes. Joining up with Verso unlocks the relationship scenes and there will be two scenes back to back for both Sciel and Luna after Old Lumiere during the same night, so it's a good idea to keep checking after a scene. Raising relationship points to 4 unlocks the 2nd gradient attack skill for that character.

I have a strong impression that the reason we sometimes see multiple "spend time with this person" or "check up on the others" in a row is because we're catching up on scenes that could have been initiated earlier. That would mean that none of it's missable, but it would be awesome if someone could confirm this is the case for sure.
