Tints gone after starting act 2?

Hey all! Just got to act 2 and realised all but one of the tints I found in the area you're in was gone after finishing that area. As in the upgrade materials, I hadn't used them in camp yet. Thinking it is a bug. Anyone else encounter this and know if it fixes itself later? No spoilers please.
