Boss Rush?
I'm only like halfway through Act 2 so if this is a thing I'll delete, but I'd LOVE an endurance run boss rush mode as DLC sometime in the future, like lemme go from the sword guy in Act 2 to [REDACTED], I yearn for the challenge

Uhh, there's not a boss rush but Endless Tower provides a good challenge, 33 battles with powerful enemies.
