I'm literally stuck

South East of Stone Wave Cliffs, went to grab an item. Got stuck between a rock and the tent. I cannot jump. I can make camp but after camp it takes me right back to being stuck. I can't move, and my character stays running in place. There needs to be a 'de-bug' or world map return to place feature because I'm 30 hours in and cannot do anything :/ Any solutions??

Load an earlier save.

Try the button you press when you ambush enemies. That helped me when I got stuck on the over world map.
