Make cutscenes skippable

Make it possible to tp between areas outside of one dungeon while at it.

if youre using xbox controller, press A during cutscene and it will pause cutsene and give you the option to skip or continue.

The cutscenes are skippable. There's a button you can press that pauses the cutscene, and in the corner you'll see what button you need to press to skip it (depending on if you're on Keyboard or Controller).

I don't know if it's for all cutscenes or only non-prerendered ones though, I forgot.
