My Lithelim (lv 20) Has no stat bonus?

I'm not sure when it happened, maybe after I upgraded it and never put it on, but my Lune weapon "Lithelim" no longer has the Vitality S bonus on it, and I am pretty sure I'm not getting a bonus for max vitality either.
It just shows the element and then under "Vitality" its blank.

Can confirm this at least exists, not sure if it is a bug or a feature but feels more like a bug then an intended limitation.

can confirm i have the same issue, definatly feels like a bug as other weapons massivly outperform it now even with wrong stat points

There is another weapons that is borked also looses its scaling Blizzon for Sciel from 32-to 33.

I believe most characters have at least 1 or 2 starter weapons that don't get any special bonuses.

IT ain't a starter weapon, it's a gradient weapon and arguably one of Lune's best, but it loses its stat bonus if you take it to 20.
