Distributing attribute points not saving

So, I keep having to redistribute my attribute points. They aren't sticking! I distribute them, then rest. Once I go out and fight and come back, they are reset! What am I missing? Thanks.

You have to hold down a confirm button (platform-dependent) to finalize the assignment.

Yeah I've done that. It just keeps resetting, but only on one character.

EDIT: Seems to be sticking now. I wonder if when you die, it resets or something. Hmmm.
