2. What?
3. Yeah, that's annoying but hasn't been a big thing unless I was doing the bigger (and optional) bosses so far.
4. What is "infinity reload"?
2. 'Spam' mostly exists on optional bosses.
3. Optional bosses should be the only ones doing this on easy mode.
4. 100000% agree. In the time being, hit escape and reload the exact moment you know you won't win, rather than waiting for death.
Bonus. Did I mention easy mode? Can also increase def and vitality. Also explore for OP Pictos! Lots of options for casuals.
2. You wrote in 1. you are bad at dodging, what difference would it make to reduce the attacks?
3. Never seen one. Maybe get some defense or reduce the difficulty. Hard mode is for people who likes a challagene and not cry instantly when they die.,
4. Around 5 seconds of load time isnt long.
I don't want Story Mode but the dodge timing is ridiculously tight for the default difficulty, especially without a visual cue. The dialogue scenes are ponderously slow and the dodge mechanics are the complete opposite. Why do attack timing cues appear but dodge is invisible? If people can't beat the prologue brat because they miss every attempt to dodge, Steam will be processing a lot of 1.9 hour refunds.
2. Some of those bosses are the most fun i have ever had. just because your bad at them, doesnt mean the game should suffer.
3. Buff your own Vitality & Defence, Invest in Shields
4. I'll Agree, Battle Retry does need to be put in Some boss fights are a minutes of re-attempting. due to how far some of them are from flag.
Most humans, with no warning, respond between 250ms and 500ms. If you are focused on it, you might get between 150ms and 250ms. So having windows even less than that is super human already. That requires you to actually know when something is coming and know the exact time it will happen.
Try for yourself

I am barely able to get under 300ms with practice.
Theres a fight later that you will probably never be able to do: (its optional)

In the case of this game though and most games in general, it's not really a blind reaction like what you have in that test. The enemy attacks have a consistent pattern to them with both visual and audio cues signaling what is about to happen. Once you learn to recognize that pattern, the game is more of rhythm game style call and response where timing is still very important but reflexes less so.
I'm sorry, but 300 ms being the best you can get is really bad. There is a mod to make the game more accessible for people like you who have terrible reaction speeds. But should devs really be forced to make their games accessible to everyone regardless of how bad they are at games? Shouldn't devs be allowed to make challenging games?
Also, like has been said, this isn't just pure reaction in this game. You are given both visual and audio cues before the dodge windows.
A dilemma of accessibility, I guess.
You can also ignore these accessibility options and be an “elite gamer” for properly timing a parry..
People “skill gating” are.. something.. Just because the option to simplify a game is available doesn’t take away from your “super elite” gameplay 😂
