Tints
are the tints unlimited usage like estus or something when you rest? i havent use a single of them coz im worried they might be some sort of drop/merchant item

They reset on rest.

unlimited since they refresh during rest. They are estus flasks.

And later on you acquire so many of them you can barely use them all before you reach the next flag.

Dont upgrade healing tint. Its bugged. It will revert to 30% and you loose your upgrade. The devs dont give a flying eff about fixing it it seems.
