Cutscene Replay and Tutotirals

Hey I would love the ability to go back and view some of the pivitol cutscenes as the game progresses also does anyone else notice that some tutorials are missing? For instance got to the portion of the game with gradiant counters and attacks coming into play forgot exactly what they do and don't see them in the expedition basics.
