I am a huge BG3, persona, metaphor fan but just couldn't get into this game.
I think its because I put all the QTEs to to auto. The parries i had no issues with beyond realizing If I parry everything I didn't need to worry about my skills.
It matters the entire game when you are damage limited and early game.
Otherwise yea, missing a perfect qte won't matter post game unless you want to hit 22 mil lol
I am not having any issues parrying.
I am just not engaged with the combat.
I think you really need the QTEs to make the game fun.
My parry everything style is killing it for me.
If you aren't engaged with the combat, which is the main draw, and you turn off the part of combat that makes combat engaging then it's never going to get better for you.
QTEs aren't for "extra challenge", you get more hits, more damage and extra effects if you hit perfects, otherwise I've never seen them be different, they're the same QTE.
