Gustave not unlocking any skills
Soo, I'm about 10h in and my party is Lvl 20+, everybody has skills unlocked but only Gustave is one who doesn't unlock new skills, am I doing something wrong? I've got like 10 skill points that I can't use because every skill says "Skill locked".

They're story locked. Just keep playing.
