For those that struggle with Parrying/Dodging (different angle than previous one)
No, I won't suggest nexus mods like previous thread. I have a potential improvement for you if you doing same thing I did.

When trying to press the button at exact time to dodge/parry - don't tap the button! Hold it!

Took me whole act I to start noticing it at the end of it. Suddenly I get a lot more timings right.

Just play on the normal difficulty, the parry timing is just fine.
On the higher difficulty it's broken as ♥♥♥♥.
If you raise your volume a bit, you'll notice each enemy attack type has a distinctive "WHOOSH" or "ZORCH" kind of sound it makes just before the attack hits. If you hit dodge somewhen around the sound, you will 200% dodge. If you hit parry precisely during the sound you will 96% parry (all applicable "game doesn't register the first press of a letter button on the keyboard" warnings are still in force).

I don't think window changes, but somehow taping buttons maybe is not registered always correctly? For me it works a lot better after I started holding button for split second instead of tapping.
Overwhelming majority of attacks are rhythm based. You naturally don't really care about those when you fight fodder enemies, since you can just evaporate them. But for Chromatics and optional world bosses playing this rhythm in your head gives you 100% parry success.

Ice/fire dancer even teach you this simple trick.

Right, many of the big boss combo attacks are beat-beat-pause-beat (e.g. Chromatic Troubadour uses that, if you land the first one, you will hit the rest easily).
