This game caused my PC to shutdown randomly
It's been two times now, i dunno how and why.
My PC were fine, playing MH Wilds for hours was fine.
This game is the first game that made my PC behave like this, i wonder why though?
There is no heat problem, there is really nothing wrong with my PC playing others game, just Expedition 33, and i play it on gamepass.

Ryzen 5 5600.
RX 7600.
32GB.

Hey i think i have managed a fix for this at least till its patched, i was monitoring spikes in the game and noticed that even just loading my game would do really bad spikes which would cause my pc to shutdown, i have an rtx 3080, my PSU is an 850w EVGA supernova Gold rated, i limited the volts in afterburner and the issue seems to be gone, ive been testing for about half an hour and no issues, previosly the issue happened around 2-3 minutes after i loaded my save, its not ideal but at least it can be fixed, i also limited my fps in the nvidia app just in case, hope it helps.

Do you want to hear the real answer or, like many others, will go defensive and "but I play XXX & YYY games just fine, it must be this game"?

If the crashes happen during loading screens, try to use an FPS limit in AMD Software.
People been reporting FPS spikes (1k+) during loading to a point that can cause overheating crashes.
If a pc is shutting down, its definitely not the game.

There is another thread about it, im having the issue myself too, i have tested the steam and gamepass version and its happening on both, only this game, here is the link to the other thread https://steamcommunity.com/app/1903340/discussions/0/592895445665152745/

I would also advice to limit your max fps from your gpu settings. PC shutting down could be a bad PSU issue.

i thought this was the case, but tried other games had a power draw much higher than this game at 60fps, close to 100w or more power draw than this game, and had no issues, it is only in this game.

Yeah I have had that happen a few times. Only on loading screens and not whilst playing.

Not having this problem on my rig, maybe the problem lies on your PSU?
My specs:
Gpu rx 7600
Cpu r5 5600
Ram 32gb
PSU 850w
Game settings: Epic/vsync: ON
Amd settings: Hyperx/afmf2: ON

Indeed it is, i played lots of other games and my PC were fine, it's just this game caused the random shut down.
