what are the colored bottles at bottom left of flag screen?

i dont see any label or description or tutorial; what are they and how can i use them?

Health pot, AP pot, and Revive pot. They can be upgraded to hold more during battle. If you're in a battle it's the Items option.

They are your Tints that you use in battle

They can be used in combat (use object option). The red one is a heal, the blue gives some AP and the green is a revive.

They refill on rest, you can find items to upgrade them

The closest to saying it is under the expedition flags tutorial which says "recharge your items", but aside from that its only in loading screens. Theres a couple things that imo SHOULD have a tutorial pop up, but don't, and thats one of them. A lot of old JRPG players would hoard items for ages and never use them, so knowing that they replenish on rest would help alleviate that.

Edit: Additionally there are some tutorials that pop up but don't go into the tutorial section

Exactly. I played nearly 8 hours not knowing what they were and never saw the tip pop up. I knew you could refill the "heal all" potion, and I knew I had acquired some "tints", but I assumed they were consumable, so I never used one. At least now I know I don't have to hoard everything. I still find myself running back to the flag to grind a bit, but it's nice knowing I now have two heal-alls and the additional potions that refill. It'll let me take a little more risk.
