So just to clarify here once I memorize a picto with one party member the entire party can use it? I don't need to rotate it through the entire group?

And when it says passive stats does it mean everything? I mean all of the stats on a picto are passive so I don't know what the clarification is for in that context when it says you can equip them as lumina for passive stats because it seems like equipping them as lumina just gives you everything.

Also how do you level them up is this really as simple as just fighting with them on and thats it?

Picto can be used by only one member but after 4 battles it generates lumos (weaker version with just special bonus but without stats bonus) that can be used by everyone at the same time.

You get to Use the Passive Effect of the Picto as a Lumos. Thats what the Game means.

The Seperat Stats on a Picto can only be utilized by the One Equiping the Picto.

There are passive skills, that will be enabled to use for entire party. But each picto has stats that only apply to person who wears it

I'm not sure, but it seems you just get drops with higher level skill from higher level enemies. That won't give you an additional picto, but will auto upgrade existing one
