Missing Items
I was refining a build and couldn't find Staggering Attack listed in my collected Pictos or Luminas. I was pretty sure I'd gotten it, but it's entirely possible I'm wrong. I ran back to where it's supposed to be in Flying Waters but there's nothing in that spot. Either it disappeared on me somehow, or it never appeared in my game.

Anyone else encounter this, or is there another place it could be? I've combed through almost every area I have access to with no luck.

EDIT: After running around the zone for about an hour, checking my pictos list like checking the fridge for a snack at 2am, and scratching my head, I opened my inventory and it was in there? Then the next time I opened my pictos list, it was suddenly there. I have NO idea what happened there. Thanks for replies!

I don't have it at all. Not equipped, not in my collections, nada

So far its only in that one spot, but it shouldn't have disappeared without you picking it up, weird bug if thats the case

That's what I thought. I even tried running over the spot spamming the pickup button
