Noco where?

I’m not sure if i bugged my game or not. I didnt beat Noco when i first encountered outside the manor. Now that im looking for him again i cant seem to find him. Wiki says he moves to Gestral village or my camp, but cant seem to find him anywhere. Any help us appreciated!!
