Hey I was wondering if it's just me but does the max dmg from multiple hits cap for everyone at 9999 even if critical? Is this something thats gonna change?

Yeah I saw a video where a guy was doing 500 million damage. But said you are capped at 9,999 until some story point (End of Act 2 I think?)
