Question act 3(Spoiler)
Im now in Act 3 with flying Mount.
Where are good Spots to level up 55+ before i go for the Endboss?

You can easily reach 99 in the endless tower.

Just go to any place you have not been to before. And as mentioned the "fight waves of enemies" event you find in said tower will also give you plenty of XP.
