The only "woke" is that all of the women act abnormally brave. Like a 16-year old not even flinching at absolutely creepy characters and a bunch of corpses and blood.

Gustave is emotionally damaged at the loss of the love of his life. We give him a pass for that.

But the way the women act? It's not realistic at all.

Even Forspoken had Frey acting absolutely terrified at points. That's real.

You must have missed them meeting the old man that butchered their team. Those guys, both men and women, were screaming for their lives most of the time.
I believe that a protagonist should be better than the chaff that gets offed at the beginning of the game, granted I found Gustave's reaction poor and very weak, even with character development.

obviously you are one of those that think anytime a female is a playable character who can fight makes a game automatically woke. No doubt you would consider games like Metroid, Tomb Raider, all Final Fantasy Games since the 80s, and even movies like Alien as "woke" because they all have females that are being the heroes and fighting.

Group think would be accepting the feedback rating on Steam or the gamer review sites or Metacritic. This is actually conducting a simple survey of the games population to see what is the feedback on a specific topic.
