I just tried my 2060 I was using 1440p dlss balanced med settings I was getting mid-upper 50's to 40's in battle not perfect but good enough to play the game

Depends on what graphics settings you using. You barely meeting the minimum requirements.

Mix of low and medium @1080p, the game is holding 60 fps flat line with my 2060 6gb. BUT and that is a big BUT : with the GamePass version. The Steam version is for whatever reason a stutterfest (which might explain lots of post I see here even from high end systems). I could not figure out why and got it refund here, continued on GamePass instead.
