I had no idea that triggered an autosave, but I'm concerned about save corruption if there's only one save file and the game doesn't let me make backups.
Also u have plenty of flags (bonfires) and they are close to each other (the game is linear)
My car has a function where its supposed to stop before it hits something automatically.
I still want a break pedal.
In "dungeon" instances the game is rather generous with autosaves, so if you pick up an item the game saves right away and there are other auto-save points shattered around the map besides the resting points.
There is literally no valid reason to not include that in a game or even jump on people missing that.
There is no downside here and some 'old' ideas are not bad because they are old.
It does not matter how 'good' the autosaves are, one does not replace the other in any way.
