Are recoat farmable? Or are they limited?

I remember getting Recoat as a loot drop from enemy. Not sure it was a special / specific kind of enemy (which might not be respawned), though.

I also read in another thread that, there's a merchant who sells unlimited Recoat later on.

They drop from Enemys and you can buy them later on. So they are/can be a little bit rare but not hard timited.
