The math doesn't lie. Her Gommage is in 9 years. Assuming 33 is counted in the math, the number will be 25 on her Gommage. She will be 25. 25-9=16.

There are plenty of 20 year olds that look like her. It also doesn't generally make a lot of sense that they would send a 16 year old on a suicide mission. It would be better for them to spend a few more years honing their skills, as was the case for the other party members.
