likely nothing unless they approve every single mod or they don't remove illegal content when it is brought to their attention. otherwise it'd be hard to prove they knew about it.

It would be very easy - record reporting numerous of such mods in question, wait a month. If they are still up (as they were last time I did that test towards 3 of such mods) - bring it to the court. Any UK bros brave enough to test the equality of your laws?
