Does game has "time limit"

I know game plot in bare basics that in basics every year one year people with that year get killed at end of year get kinda killed BUT what I missed... is that does a game has some kind of "time limit" sorta you have only 365 days to complete "main quest" or similar because I already am downloading game but I am curious do you have some time limit to complete main quest because I really am not fan of that sort of that kind of pushing you to hurry to complete main quest because I love to complete stuff all overe....
