Yep. And pump up vitality/defense (I exclusively put two points in vit and one point in def early levels).
Mod that let's you cheat...cool.
Clair really does have a hard beginning though which I can understand why some people get mopped into the threads.
What's next? Giving yourself 9 billion runes in elden ring to go max level if you are struggling? That's thinking put of the box right there.
First of all I'm not angry. Second of all everybody knows you can cheat to win single player games. What's the point of making a click bait title pretending you are gonna give legitimate advice and then telling people to mod their games.
Please use logic.
Your brain is fried. If you need to be told that you can use cheats to bypass single player games especially when there's a story mode option then I don't know what to tell you.
I think the best and most logical thing a person could do is to simply lower the difficulty, like you mentioned at the end. And should also be the first question asked when someone is complaining about it. "What difficulty are you playing on?"
There's no shame in lowering the difficulty. I played God of War on a difficulty or two below the hardest one. That's literally the purpose of multiple difficulties. To give everyone a choice instead of forcing them to play something too easy or too hard.
