From trailer
All of the trailers songs are composed of parts of songs on the OST. For instance, the quick part of the battle song that transitions from the cutscene into the battle is part of "Une vie a t'aimer". However, the other part with the same leitmotif as "Une vie a peindre" (starts at 0:50 in the trailer music you mentioned) isn't in any song in the OST as far as I can tell.
