with the right set up tho gustave can reach 9999 super early and lune skill that use all pigment to dish out discharge can also dish some tremendous amount of dmg
they're all good but i think the way maelle flow is the best for me too, i don't see any reason to replace her, lune is the healer and gustave the shocker, no point of changing, they're so good.
But down the line there's a 5th party member who's mechanic is built around parrying and dodging and if you do well... After a few turns they can do more damage than maella with extreme attack that's a 5 hit, I got 20k already with that
I wonder when we can break the limit to do more than 9999 since the videos they showed us could do like 20k in one hit or something, probably an end game thing we unlock haha, Maelle is my favourite too though
post game picto i assume
i hope we get more ap per round etc too at some point
I dont how Im supposed to walk anywhere now when I could be floating
It is easier to say my least favorite right now and that's Lune. Maelle has the gung-ho energy to be part of the team but is awed at the new world around her, and Gustave is intent on killing the Paintress and seeing everything as a threat on the island, no thanks to seeing the former take away everyone's loved ones and the latter being because they are in a hostile land. But Lune is just the typical booksmart, magic user who is interested in learning new things. It's not a bad character trope, I enjoy it a lot and love Lune for it, she just has the most one-dimensional character compared to the two.
Even then, Lune can also be a dps if you want. I would say Verso is the best DPS but Maelle is very easy to play thanks to her simple combo.
